Rebecca Torres has been walking alongside others in their healing journey for most of her life. The compassion, empathy, and encouragement she brings into her Christian faith-based counseling in Naples, Florida, is an asset to clients on their path to growth and healing.

Rebecca practices Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches in counseling individuals, family counseling, and couples counseling. She uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach in working with couples to build strong relationships and work through complicated cases, including affairs, PTSD, addiction, and domestic violence.

Rebecca works all age ranges: from children 7 years older and up through adults. She has a strong foundation in her faith and is comfortable adding both faith and prayer into the counseling sessions through Christian faith-based counseling. She is available by appointment for counseling in Naples, Florida and serves the Southwest Florida area.

Her professional internships included individual and group counseling at inpatient substance addiction treatment facilities.  Additionally, she has counseled teens who suffer from PTSD and Anxiety, and complex trauma in a safe home for adolescents ages 10-18.  

Rebecca answered the call to work with teens and families. She has been a Director of Youth Ministry for over twenty-five years, working in various churches in Colorado, San Diego, New York City, and Florida. She also worked with Young Life as an Area Director.  Her calling to work with teens and families began at nineteen years old.  She feels that it has been one of the biggest blessings in her life to walk alongside individuals and families, mentoring and helping them grow.
